I lived here for a year and let me tell you, I would rather live in a cardboard box than give these CROOKS my money. Upon moving in I never received a mailbox key, but didn€™t think too much of it or even cared for that matter because I have always used a different mailing address. (I do not trust apartment living and my mother€™s home address is a MUCH safer location to receive important mail and packages.) Four months before my lease was up I went in to tell them I did not plan on renewing my lease and that I was moving. I told them I never received a mailbox key and they made a €œnotation€ of it. Upon moving out I returned my two house keys, my gate key, and my parking decal. Now they are trying to charge me $240 for €œnot returning the keys€. These people are a JOKE. Shamir has to be the WORST €œproperty manager€ and person I have ever dealt with. A cockroach has more compassion and customer service skills than her. Oh, also they increased my rent THREE times in the year I lived there. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GIVE THESE €œPEOPLE€ YOUR MONEY.more ...hide ...

Worst place to live! The lady that manages this place is a terrible human! She is a bully to the elderly that live here. The trash hasn€™t came in over 3 weeks!
