(I do not trust apartment living and my mothers home address is a MUCH safer location to receive important mail and packages.) Four months before my lease was up I went in to tell them I did not plan on renewing my lease and that I was moving. I told them I never received a mailbox key and they made a notation of it. Upon moving out I returned my two house keys, my gate key, and my parking decal. Now they are trying to charge me $240 for not returning the keys. These people are a JOKE. Shamir has to be the WORST property manager and person I have ever dealt with. A cockroach has more compassion and customer service skills than her.
