I lived here for a year and let me tell you I would rather live in a cardboard box than give these CROOKS my money Upon moving in I never received a mailbox key but didnt think too much of it or even cared for that matter because I have always used a I lived here for a year and let me tell you I would rather live in a cardboard box than give these CROOKS my money Upon moving in I never received a mailbox key but didnt think too much of it or even cared for that matter because I have always used a different mailing address I do not trust apartment living and my mothers home address is a MUCH safer location to receive important mail and packages Four months before my lease was up I went in to tell them I did not plan on renewing my lease and that I was moving I told them I never received a mailbox key and they made a notation of it Upon moving out I returned my two house keys my gate key and my parking decal Now they are trying to charge me 240 for not returning the keys These people are a JOKE Shamir has to be the WORST property manager and person I have ever dealt with A cockroach has more compassion and customer service skills than her Oh also they increased my rent THREE times in the year I lived there Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY more ... hide ...
