Ive lived here at Chelsea Commons for three years and have seen this property transform since Jasmin and Sofia taken over They have made sure the grounds of the property is well kept removed junk cars replaced compactor and fixed the front gate They Ive lived here at Chelsea Commons for three years and have seen this property transform since Jasmin and Sofia taken over They have made sure the grounds of the property is well kept removed junk cars replaced compactor and fixed the front gate They also make sure that work orders are completed within 24 hours They power wash the breezeways and sidewalks at least every other month The maintenance guys are great as well I enjoy living here and have no complaints Jasmin and Sofia are very helpful and Im happy they actually care about the property and the residentsmore ...hide ...
I love living here and the property manager really cares about the residents The maintenance tech and grounds keeper really keeps the property looking great
This is a wonderful community The office ladies are a great help and very nice The maintenance team work quickly I put in a request for a washer and dyer and the guys came out and installed it quickly
