The trash rooms are often in disarray all weekend and she is hostile towards tenants who attempt to keep the area clean or contact Waste Management when recyclables are not collected, which happened at least 10 times during my four-year tenure. Office phones are rarely answered and their voicemail is always full. She will let herself into units without knocking and if someone is home, she immediately remarks on the state of the door. I experienced this and I saw her do the same at my neighbor's apartment. Non-renewal notices are not given in a timely fashion, with less than the 60 days required. Maintenance requests take an eternity to be addressed, with electrical outlets in the kitchen being out of service for three days despite me submitting three requests.
