This used to be a great neighborhood, but now it feels like living in a prison. New regulations are constantly being implemented, such as not being allowed to have plants, patio furniture that our lease says is allowed, and limited parking. Recently, management has created a new rule that cars will be towed if they are parked on the other side of our houses, even though this poses no emergency danger. Are we not allowed to have guests without fear of their cars being towed? All 5 star reviews were prompted by a letter from the old manager. There are no meetings to discuss our grievances, it's their way or no way. We don't want to have to worry about parking, being punished for having plants that make us happy, or not being able to have patio furniture to spend time with our families outside. Great place to live Very quiet area Pool and playground available so I dont have to go far to please my 3yo highly recommend
