There€™s a new office manager every other week so nothing ever gets done. We€™ve had to get our floor redone countless times because of it giving out. There€™s mold everywhere. In the bathroom, the laundry room, under the sink. Doesn€™t matter how many times you clean it. It always back the next day. If you have a problem with the another tenant they don€™t do anything about it. They€™re now trying to raise the utilities for new applications because there€™s a water leak somewhere on the property that they can€™t find. (Has been going on for months.) the point is they never truly fix what needs to get done. They put a €œbandaid€ over it and hope for the best.more ...hide ...

The office staff needs more organization. Theres lack of communication and much patience will be needed when dealing with them.
Do not move in here. It is tough to locate housing with Section 8 that is safe, good, and clean. I sympathize, I really do. I sympathize, I really do. Nevertheless, if you have to stay where the "office admin/landlord" disregards their duties and you are living in the dark or without water, it is NOT a good situation! During hurricane season, they do not take into consideration people who live alone and who need their windows protected. The maintenance guy, Jack, is the worst. When you complain about his attitude, work, or how he tries to come into your apartment without notifying you, the landlord will only say, "he's been here for 7 years". So, good luck getting your AC fixed, fridge working, and leaks stopped before you get ill from the mold in the attic and vents. I could go on and on, but the unfortunate truth is that if I didn't have a disability and a vehicle, I would have left here a long time ago. Don't make the same mistake that many of us in these apartments regret! Locate a place with better living conditions. Someplace where your utility payments are not used as leverage against you and your lights are not switched off because Chris doesn't do his job. Oh, and good luck ever getting in touch with someone on the phone or in person. Chris never answers his phone and will even lock the door when he is expected to be in the office.more ...hide ...
