He lost my paperwork - my bank info, my job info. Christopher Rhyne runs the offices in Melbourne and Cocoa, and his mom Rebecca is in charge of the head office in Miami. They're just a wealthy family exploiting low-income families. The office opens at 8am, but Christopher never arrives until 9 due to going to the gym in the morning. He also closes the office early to go to church every night. When I spoke to his brother, who also works for his mother, he must have talked to Christopher Rhyne, because the next time I spoke to him, he proudly boasted about the changed hours to accommodate his personal time. I would never live there myself, and I pray for people who have to or want to move in. Christopher Rhyne is a pampered brat, and his mother Rebecca lets him get away with it and has the nerve to defend his poor decisions. In my opinion, these people are in it for the money. They don't care about their residents. They don't care that the place is deteriorating. I believe they cheat us and keep the government funding for themselves more ... hide ...

Do not move in here. It is tough to locate housing with Section 8 that is safe, good, and clean. I sympathize, I really do. During hurricane season, they do not take into consideration people who live alone and who need their windows protected. The maintenance guy, Jack, is the worst. When you complain about his attitude, work, or how he tries to come into your apartment without notifying you, the landlord will only say, "he's been here for 7 years". So, good luck getting your AC fixed, fridge working, and leaks stopped before you get ill from the mold in the attic and vents. I could go on and on, but the unfortunate truth is that if I didn't have a disability and a vehicle, I would have left here a long time ago. Don't make the same mistake that many of us in these apartments regret! Locate a place with better living conditions. Someplace where your utility payments are not used as leverage against you and your lights are not switched off because Chris doesn't do his job. Oh, and good luck ever getting in touch with someone on the phone or in person. Chris never answers his phone and will even lock the door when he is expected to be in the office. more ... hide ...
