Back in 2018 I applied for a flat here. I paid the application fee and was given instructions on the documents to bring in and that there was room. Consequently, I went in person to understand what was going on. The same leasing lady who looked me in the eye and said they had space told me that there were NO apartments available. She acted as if I was mad and that she did not remember telling me that she had unoccupied units. My sister watched me cry like a baby because of the way I was treated. I had to move out of my previous apartment by a strict cut-off date and after hearing that from them just destroyed me. Attractive apartments but deceitful and unfriendly staff. My family, husband and I were so delighted to move into a brand new apartment. Even saw these apartments being built from the ground up. It broke my heart to my core and every time I pass by this spot it reminds me of how I was discriminated against. I feel like if I had been Hispanic I could've got a place. All races and nationalities ought to be regarded as equal and not given favoritism over one another. I'm certain I would have given a great review if I had stayed here however I was not given an opportunity. I had income and a clean background. more ... hide ...

I applied and they told me to bring all my documents in my boyfriend and I paid the application fee brought our pay stubs in and everything Several months passed and we didnt hear anything back I kept trying to reach out to the lady who helped me dur I applied and they told me to bring all my documents in my boyfriend and I paid the application fee brought our pay stubs in and everything Several months passed and we didnt hear anything back I kept trying to reach out to the lady who helped me during the process and she completely ignored me so I went back to the office and they told us that we were approved for the apartment they were just waiting to confirm our rate again months passed I reached out again to the lady and she told me that she no longer worked there but the waiting list was now 2 years The people that work at the complex favor people they know more ... hide ...

Brenda and her staff are absolutely amazing here They were professional and very courteous Nothing was available to me at the moment but they were so nice to me and helped throughout I definitely would love to live hereThanks Brenda
