Karl was an excellent manager and customer service was always prompt. One evening when I returned home from work at 9pm, I discovered that the upstairs apartment had suffered a water leak. When I opened the door, I was shocked to find that all of my furniture had been moved around and there was an air machine in the room. The walls were wet and it was obvious something had gone wrong, yet nobody had the courtesy to inform me of the situation. I understand that in an emergency, they must enter my apartment without warning me, but I also believe they should have notified me afterwards. The following day, instead of going to work, I went to the office to raise my concerns. Nobody knew what had occurred, and I was angry that I had to find out myself. Later on I received a call from the person dealing with the issue, however they said the system was down and no one had been able to communicate with me. This was during the pandemic when the internet is the primary source of communication. How can the phones be down and not even an email have been sent to let me know what had happened? I wouldn't recommend this place as one to trust.more ...hide ...
