I understand that in an emergency, they must enter my apartment without warning me, but I also believe they should have notified me afterwards. The following day, instead of going to work, I went to the office to raise my concerns. Nobody knew what had occurred, and I was angry that I had to find out myself. Later on I received a call from the person dealing with the issue, however they said the system was down and no one had been able to communicate with me. This was during the pandemic when the internet is the primary source of communication. How can the phones be down and not even an email have been sent to let me know what had happened?
