The application process could be better. The assistant property manager will tell you one thing when asking questions, but the paperwork says something different. When asking questions for clarity so you dont waste money

When asking questions for clarity so you dont waste money on unnecessary fees, theyll tell you anything just to get your money, but then turn around and say something different after youve paid fees. They will then say half of it is nonrefundable. If you can avoid this place, you should. There seems to be a scam operation going on. Im still waiting on my other half of fees to bet returned to me. They had no problem taking my money quickly, yet theyre taking theyre time issuing me a refund. Do not let the supposed professionalism fool you... these people are shady and only out for money. Beware.

My daughter and son in law just moved out. The rent is reasonable, the maintenance is quick and does a good job, the property is clean and quiet however when it is time to move beware. They look for things to charge for
My daughter and son in law just moved out. The rent is reasonable, the maintenance is quick and does a good job, the property is clean and quiet however when it is time to move beware. They look for things to charge for and the manager had a condescending, rude and disrespectful attitude. I have been in property management myself for 30 years with half of that time at the corporate office and have never experienced this lack of customer service from a manager who was allowed to continue the position. The office assistant constantly changes and I can see why. They require residents to have carpets professionally steamed cleaned before move out. Outrageous!!! This is a service I offer upon renewal and consider normal wear and tear. I could go on and on... Renter beware. And Ms Manager, do not respond to my review. You said you would not talk to me at the apartment, so don€™t talk to me now.
