My daughter and son in law just moved out. The rent is reasonable, the maintenance is quick and does a good job, the property is clean and quiet however when it is time to move beware. I have been in property management myself for 30 years with half of that time at the corporate office and have never experienced this lack of customer service from a manager who was allowed to continue the position. The office assistant constantly changes and I can see why. They require residents to have carpets professionally steamed cleaned before move out. Outrageous!!! This is a service I offer upon renewal and consider normal wear and tear. I could go on and on... Renter beware. And Ms Manager, do not respond to my review.
