My daughter and son in law just moved out The rent is reasonable the maintenance is quick and does a good job the property is clean and quiet however when it is time to move beware They look for things to charge for and the manager had a condescendin My daughter and son in law just moved out The rent is reasonable the maintenance is quick and does a good job the property is clean and quiet however when it is time to move beware They look for things to charge for and the manager had a condescending rude and disrespectful attitude I have been in property management myself for 30 years with half of that time at the corporate office and have never experienced this lack of customer service from a manager who was allowed to continue the position The office assistant constantly changes and I can see why They require residents to have carpets professionally steamed cleaned before move out Outrageous This is a service I offer upon renewal and consider normal wear and tear I could go on and on Renter beware And Ms Manager do not respond to my review You said you would not talk to me at the apartment so dont talk to me now more ... hide ...

I came here to the website to see what the fee is for having a pet and then saw some of these reviews so I had to write my own I have been a resident here at Salem Glen for 5 years Back then Miss Melanie wasnt the property manager yet She worked in I came here to the website to see what the fee is for having a pet and then saw some of these reviews so I had to write my own I have been a resident here at Salem Glen for 5 years Back then Miss Melanie wasnt the property manager yet She worked in the front office and went above and beyond to make sure that my transition from Connecticut was a smooth one She has always been very accommodating Professional And has a very lovingcaring personality I absolutely love her Making her the property manager was a great decision I have no complaints with my apartment Any maintenance issues that Ive had over the years were promptly resolved The grounds are well maintained The laundry room is clean and the machines work well There is always supervision at the pool Its nice and quiet here Very peaceful I am happy here and Im sure you will be too more ... hide ...
