Even the The construction here is truly awful; I'm dealing with water leaks every two months and mushrooms growing out of my walls. Every footstep of my upstairs neighbors reverberates through my apartment and I can hear every shift in their weight. Even the sound of them turning on their sink makes a hissing noise that fills my home. The noise has left me feeling mentally and physically drained. It's not safe to walk around the complex either, there are so many blind turns and no sidewalks. It's a terrifying prospect that I could accidentally hit someone, especially when kids are being dropped off from school. Every six months it seems like they switch property management companies, which means having to take time away from work to make a payment in person because online payments are down. And if you have a true maintenance emergency it's near impossible to reach someone. The more I stay here, the more I find that things aren't built properly; cabinets and shelves not fully screwed into the wall, dishwasher not connected, and I only discovered two years into my lease that I should have had a working vent in my bathroom and a fire alarm. The only good thing about this place is that there aren't many bug infestations. My advice is to run away and never look back.more ...hide ...

Nobody is ever in the office and the phone goes straight to voicemail 90% of the time. I had to show up in person to get an update and their office was closed and locked on a Monday afternoon. After paying to extend my lease while waiting for a response, I was denied due to outdated rental history, despite the fact that I had been a reliable tenant for the majority of my 3 years there and had evidence to back up my claim that my hours were cut due to COVID-19. To make matters worse, they sent out two emails during the three weeks I was waiting for an answer about plumbing issues resulting in the water being shut off. They repeatedly said my rental and employment verification had not been submitted, though both my employer and current property confirmed it had been submitted three times. It was the worst property management experience of my life and, to add insult to injury, there was no refund of my admin/application fees. The leasing agents are polite, but the property manager is useless. Avoid this place.more ...hide ...

They dont know how should talk to a tenant. The mail boxes of the our apartments have been broken from about one month before, havent yet fixed the mail boxes. I called them but their reply were not good, it seems to me that it is our responsibility. They shouldnt know the meaning of \"responsibility\". They should learn the politeness, at least, they should say sorry for the broken Mail boxes.more ...hide ...

The apartment is dirty, filled with roaches, and the leasing office is unhelpful.
