One of the worst places to live in Doraville It takes months for maintenance to come if they even do the dumpster doesnt get cleared out which has led to more roach infestations and rats There are gun shots heard almost every night There are a group One of the worst places to live in Doraville It takes months for maintenance to come if they even do the dumpster doesnt get cleared out which has led to more roach infestations and rats There are gun shots heard almost every night There are a group of men that party every weekend and leave all the mess and trash out near the parking area grass area The managers are NEVER available for you to talk to and when they are theyre very rude especially if youre not Hispanic They give 30 min email notices for when water is getting shut off which happens often Trying to do laundry You cant because you have to refill the laundry card at the office and theyre never there The only good thing about living here is the patio There have been multiple vacancies for months because of how horrible it is here more ... hide ...

After paying to extend my lease while waiting for a response, I was denied due to outdated rental history, despite the fact that I had been a reliable tenant for the majority of my 3 years there and had evidence to back up my claim that my hours were cut due to COVID-19. To make matters worse, they sent out two emails during the three weeks I was waiting for an answer about plumbing issues resulting in the water being shut off. They repeatedly said my rental and employment verification had not been submitted, though both my employer and current property confirmed it had been submitted three times. It was the worst property management experience of my life and, to add insult to injury, there was no refund of my admin/application fees.
