Nobody is ever in the office and the phone goes straight to voicemail 90% of the time. I had to show up in person to get an update and their office was closed and locked on a Monday afternoon. After paying to extend my lease while waiting for a response, I was denied due to outdated rental history, despite the fact that I had been a reliable tenant for the majority of my 3 years there and had evidence to back up my claim that my hours were cut due to COVID-19. To make matters worse, they sent out two emails during the three weeks I was waiting for an answer about plumbing issues resulting in the water being shut off. They repeatedly said my rental and employment verification had not been submitted, though both my employer and current property confirmed it had been submitted three times. It was the worst property management experience of my life and, to add insult to injury, there was no refund of my admin/application fees. Ive lived at Shadow Lakes for a little over a year now I have to say overall it is a great place to live Its very peaceful lots of trees and its quiet overall The neighbors are cool everyone minds their business The only thing I would recommend is up Ive lived at Shadow Lakes for a little over a year now I have to say overall it is a great place to live Its very peaceful lots of trees and its quiet overall The neighbors are cool everyone minds their business The only thing I would recommend is updating all units and definitely installing a gate Id recommend friends and family to check it out if they were ever looking to move into the area more ... hide ...

Staff are extremely unprofessional There is absolutely no communication in how they run things Definitely stay far away from this place Not in the greatest part of town either with shootings happening inside the complex Definitely dont rent here
