So far I have witnessed more events and activities then the lease dictates! (I Chose Meridian to reside in to serve in & help myself & others to enjoy Meridian & This exceptional City) as a change in Creative lifestyle and environment; away from and out of Boise! I have lived in Boise for 44 years and I thought I wanted a change of scenery so I left Boise to reside in Meridian! So far by the way the community has helped me and guided me in their own way: I give the city and its residents a rating of unlimited STARS!more ...hide ...

If we were to do this again, we would have documented how dirty the apartment was when we did the initial walk through with management. My spouse and I have been managing in the Healthcare Cleaning and Sanitizing Department for years and when we did deep cleaning prior to moving in we were surprised how dirty the apartment was. At the surface things looked satisfactory. Make sure you check cabinet tops, door tops, base boards, drawer corners, around toilets and the floors. We have since purchased a home and have ended our leases in October. Expecting to get our $200 deposit back we were shocked to see they had charged us an additional 5 hours cleaning cost. $150.00 for cleaning what? If we would have left the apartment as is it would have still been cleaner then when we moved in. This is a poor practice to make money which we had been warned about by other tenants. Thank you!more ...hide ...
