At first we were impressed with the entire renting process If we were to do this again we would have documented how dirty the apartment was when we did the initial walk through with management My spouse and I have been managing in the Healthcare Clea At first we were impressed with the entire renting process If we were to do this again we would have documented how dirty the apartment was when we did the initial walk through with management My spouse and I have been managing in the Healthcare Cleaning and Sanitizing Department for years and when we did deep cleaning prior to moving in we were surprised how dirty the apartment was At the surface things looked satisfactory Make sure you check cabinet tops door tops base boards drawer corners around toilets and the floorsnWe have since purchased a home and have ended our leases in October Expecting to get our 200 deposit back we were shocked to see they had charged us an additional 5 hours cleaning cost 15000 for cleaning what If we would have left the apartment as is it would have still been cleaner then when we moved in This is a poor practice to make money which we had been warned about by other tenants Thank you more ... hide ...
