The lady is the office is really nice and helpful but what they are asking for apartments that have no washer dryer hookups and very old school heating and cooling system this system use lots if electricity to function in the units they are asking to The lady is the office is really nice and helpful but what they are asking for apartments that have no washer dryer hookups and very old school heating and cooling system this system use lots if electricity to function in the units they are asking too much per month rent 129000 in this case I think it be better too just rent a newer build apartment at a different location more ... hide ...

At the surface things looked satisfactory. Make sure you check cabinet tops, door tops, base boards, drawer corners, around toilets and the floors.We have since purchased a home and have ended our leases in October. Expecting to get our $200 deposit back we were shocked to see they had charged us an additional 5 hours cleaning cost. $150.00 for cleaning what? If we would have left the apartment as is it would have still been cleaner then when we moved in. This is a poor practice to make money which we had been warned about by other tenants.
