More than that, she just loves her home there so much that it provided her with the comfort she needed to feel something in her world was secure. The staff, headed by Marcy, who cares for each and every resident like her very own, is superb!! I just love her. She hires people who have her heart and work ethic and you can rest assured, your loved one is in good hands. The food is great too, varied and tasteful with obvious thought and talent. I am grateful every day for my 2nd family at Heritage watching over Mom. Soon, with Marcy and Staffs incredible work and over the top efforts, theyll have their fun, normal life back with all the extra benefits shes enjoyed there for years. When I asked her about it, she was sardonic and said I had to apply once more, pushing me back by a couple of years. Earlier this year, I had called to change my address but the person on the other line did not tell me I had to go in and update it and I could not do it over the phone. Consequently, the follow-up mail got sent to my old address. I inquired with my aunt and cousins who still live there if I had received any mail from Batavia apartments in August and they replied in the negative, since they usually forward all the mail to my new address.
