I phoned her yesterday to see my chances of getting an apartment there, having already filled out a form last year. When I asked her about it, she was sardonic and said I had to apply once more, pushing me back by a couple of years. Earlier this year, I had called to change my address but the person on the other line did not tell me I had to go in and update it and I could not do it over the phone. Consequently, the follow-up mail got sent to my old address. I inquired with my aunt and cousins who still live there if I had received any mail from Batavia apartments in August and they replied in the negative, since they usually forward all the mail to my new address. To sum it up, Terese is unprofessional and I would recommend speaking to someone else who is more adept at keeping track of records so that you can move in. more ... hide ...
