I been Living here since 2020 it great living here but moving out soon tired seeing drug dealers around the new residents are making this apartment look bad there allows there kids pee inside the elevator dirty the hallway carpets and also drawing iI been Living here since 2020 it great living here but moving out soon tired seeing drug dealers around the new residents are making this apartment look bad there allows there kids pee inside the elevator dirty the hallway carpets and also drawing in the wall it like we starting have ghetto life style this is 1 bed room apartment there 5 or 7 people living in 1 bedroom It becoming ghetto and it would be worse soon I moving out immediately hopefully the new landlord Jessica can do something about it Even the elderly peoples dont feel safe here anymore I feel bad for them this apartment used to be an elderly apartments now since all these trash ghetto residents moving in they ruined the apartment My leasing is almost done and ready to move outmore ...hide ...
If you look for a nice quiet professional apartment that not ghetto and it easy to get terminated if you a drug dealer you safe here and cops everywhere

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who is new to this city. There is a man named Daniel Raggot who works at the desk and is very rude to applicants and unprofessional. We we were just placed due to a nearby fire and flood that was supposed to be a remodel cleaning that lasted only 3 4 weeks. But instead its been 3 to 4 months and are lease I believe has been broken. But instead its been 3 to 4 months and are lease I believe has been broken. To it they separated us into two different apartments two different buildings and all the belongings went to one apartment which was my girlfriends and then it didnt bother putting the bed together for her. Shes diabetic so they didnt they didnt help her with food. They didnt help her bring her stuff up right away. And half of our stuff is missing. But it gives them grounds to try to say theres no reason for us not to be happy and our time while we were in temporary housing as punished us for to be togethermore ...hide ...
