Buildings themselves need to be repainted- for example, one side of my door is painted white while the other side isnt painted at all. ..As well as paint peeling in some areas around the apartment. Landscaping definitely needs a touch up as well. These seem like small things but it definitely makes a difference in the overall appearance and actually make your residents feel like you care.
