I moved to Marcy in July 2022 from Baltimore. I'm really happy with my apartment because it has great finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. The only issues are the lack of visitor-friendliness and parking. There is limited parking for residents, and I moved to Marcy in July 2022 from Baltimore. There is limited parking for residents, and if more buildings are opened, there will be even less available unless you pay for a carport, which is affordable but it shouldn't be necessary. Don't invite friends over after 8 PM because they won't find parking. Additionally, the building doors are secured with a key fob system and there's no way to buzz in visitors. This means that if you're having a party or dinner, you'll have to stop cooking to go downstairs and let everyone in. Despite these issues, it's a quiet and clean place and my neighbors are great and friendly. Plus, there are no restrictions for pets. It would be great if something could be done with the building security so that we could buzz in guests. That's all! :) more ... hide ...

I decided to move into Marcy after having several friends live here over the years and enjoy their experience I can say that from the beginning its been a great experience The office staff were incredibly friendly and flexible with my tricky unsure t I decided to move into Marcy after having several friends live here over the years and enjoy their experience I can say that from the beginning its been a great experience The office staff were incredibly friendly and flexible with my tricky unsure timing of movein Upon move in my apartment was very clean cleaner than any rental Ive ever moved into The apartments are spacious and I really enjoy the historic charm The grounds are a great space for my dog to run around in and thats been a nice change from other rental properties Everyone has always been quick to respond and I can tell they keep up with the property The inside of my buildings hall is cleaned vacuumed every week which has also been really nice I definitely would recommend Marcy and appreciate the experience Ive had here so far more ... hide ...
