I have had to pay other people to repair problems in my apartment due to the ineptitude of the maintenance workers they have hired. When I notified them of the mouse infestation, they provided no assistance. Water somehow gets into my apartment in one area during rain, yet again no assistance was offered. Washers and dryers were meant to be amenities; however, when mine broke, I had to endure a 2.5 year period without one and wasted money at the laundromat. After multiple requests to the office, they said it was not a major concern and that Hayes-Gibson would not be replacing them. I am unable to let my children play outside due to people speeding down the road without stopping at stop signs, large groups of unsupervised children being destructive and engaging in fights. On a regular basis, someone is shooting either at each other or in the air. Lawn care is rarely done. Going to the office to complain about anything is a hassle as the personnel (except for Ms. Carla) give you an attitude for wanting something fixed. The office is closed every Wednesday for what reason? Security is a joke. I have seen several changes in management, and Hayes-Gibson is undoubtedly a joke and terrible. Additionally, personnel from the office are covertly moving in friends and family to make a profit. more ... hide ...

The apartment quick to ask for application fees and holding fees but cant guarantee you anything This place was a huge waste of my time No one ever return your calls
