It is suppose to be a smoke free building and it is not. Residents smoke inside and outside around the doors on a daily basis. I have been threatened and harassed for months by a group of tenants in the building. They have loud parties inside and outside in the patio area and the parking lot. They block my carport area so that I can not use it , Throw their cigarettes and trash all over the building and the parking lot. They block the doorways and make it difficult to enter. If you have any other choice do not rent form this apartment location. The company that owns it has better well kept apartment buildings with nice tenants. I do not know why they are letting this one be overran with people that dont know how to live properly. I have contacted the apartment leasing agent and the company that owns the building. No one seems to want to do anything to make the apartments better. There are many residents including myself planning to move when their lease is up.more ...hide ...
