Buildings themselves need to be repainted- for example, one side of my door is painted white while the other side isn€™t painted at all. ..As well as paint peeling in some areas around the apartment. Landscaping definitely needs a touch up as well. These seem like small things but it definitely makes a difference in the overall appearance and actually make your residents feel like you care. Right now it gives a kind of raggedy feel and like you do not care about the condition your residents live in.more ...hide ...
