It took more than a month for a new air conditioning unit to be installed in an elderly lady's apartment, as the home office in Utah was hesitant to spend money on the repair. It took a lot of effort to get it done, and the staff were not honest, causing delays. Without somebody helping to keep them accountable, you may be taken advantage of. I didnt like it then, I dont know why I thought I would like it living there as an adult. The building is poorly maintained and there are problems with roaches and bedbugs. The noise level is terrible and the building smells from peoples pets using the carpet as a toilet area. The regular property manager is rude and lazy. It doesnt take long to see that. Of the many who sat behind the managers desk, there was only one, in the year and a half I resided there that made improvements and treated people decently. But she was only filling in for the other who was out due to pregnancy. I would never recommend this building to anyone.more ...hide ...
