It took a lot of effort to get it done, and the staff were not honest, causing delays. Without somebody helping to keep them accountable, you may be taken advantage of. Obtaining your deposit back when vacating can also be difficult. It is important to be aware of the Kansas Statute that allows you to demand a refund within 30 days. They used to have a great manager onsite, Heather, but she was let go when the complex was sold.
