I absolutely LOVE Innes Station. This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. Not only are the apartments huge and absolutely beautiful, but the Managment and maintenance are amazing!! I have had very few I absolutely LOVE Innes Station. This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. Not only are the apartments huge and absolutely beautiful, but the Managment and maintenance are amazing!! I have had very few issues with anything in my apartment, but when I have they are taken care of immediately. For example, my hot water tank went out, I made a maintenance request and they were there immediately and had a new hot water tank installed within 2 hours. Not to mention the maintenance staff is made up of some of the nicest people. The office staff is amazing as well. Both Bailey and Pam are not only so sweet, but also responsive and answer any questions you have. It is a relatively quiet community, Ive never had any issues with loud neighbors, but keep in mind it is downtown so a little noise outside is expected. Moral of the story, Innes Station is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in and I wont be leaving any time soon!more ...hide ...

After six months of living here, I'm still delighted with my decision to move in on June 1st. I had a limited budget as I'm a teacher, so I was very lucky to find this place downtown which felt like a dream come true. I had a limited budget as I'm a teacher, so I was very lucky to find this place downtown which felt like a dream come true. Despite having trouble getting help moving, the office staff was very understanding of my needs. I've had nothing but pleasant encounters with the employees and other tenants in the complex, and the location is unbeatable. Recently, we've had a new management company and the office manager is amazing! Every time I've had a conversation with her since she started a few months ago, she's gone beyond to make sure I'm content. Every time I enter the lobby, she's always warm and welcoming. Mary, the leasing agent is completely worthless. A monkey could be trained to be a better leasing agent than her. She never answers the phone and is rarely in her office. She will promise you deadlines that she can€™t meet and deliver excuses like €œI had holiday brain, oops€ when the nearest holiday is 3 weeks away. She will take your application fee, not submit any of the application, and then refuse to refund your fee when you tell her a month and a half later that you cannot wait any longer for a decision on your application.
