I had a limited budget as I'm a teacher, so I was very lucky to find this place downtown which felt like a dream come true. Despite having trouble getting help moving, the office staff was very understanding of my needs. I've had nothing but pleasant encounters with the employees and other tenants in the complex, and the location is unbeatable. Recently, we've had a new management company and the office manager is amazing! Every time I've had a conversation with her since she started a few months ago, she's gone beyond to make sure I'm content. Every time I enter the lobby, she's always warm and welcoming.
