This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. Not only are the apartments huge and absolutely beautiful, but the Managment and maintenance are amazing!! I have had very few I absolutely LOVE Innes Station. This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. I have had very few issues with anything in my apartment, but when I have they are taken care of immediately. For example, my hot water tank went out, I made a maintenance request and they were there immediately and had a new hot water tank installed within 2 hours. Not to mention the maintenance staff is made up of some of the nicest people. The office staff is amazing as well. Both Bailey and Pam are not only so sweet, but also responsive and answer any questions you have. It is a relatively quiet community, Ive never had any issues with loud neighbors, but keep in mind it is downtown so a little noise outside is expected.
