I care fore a resident there and all of his neighbors see friendly The washers and dryers are pricey but work well The grounds are clean and the maintenance man is always fixing it cleaning A very efficient man Cute too

They used very cheap repair materials on the roads to temporarily cover up the numerous potholes. Until recently we did not receive filter changes in our A/C vents. But beware its rat and roach infested . Theres holes in the kitchen , bathroom , thats Ive been trying to get them to fix for months , they never came . Its not ok when your catching 8/9 rats a week , thats not including the ones that dont get caught, its a problem . And with the roaches its no better . I clean my apartment to the tea, I bleach down my entire kitchen/bathroom, and that still doesnt work. Plus the neighbors are very noisey , dogs barking all times of the night . Kids running up and down the stairs,all day. The walls are thin so you hear everything. And when it comes to parking spots , people will park in yours, they dont care if its open theyll park there.
