Its not ok when your catching 8/9 rats a week , thats not including the ones that dont get caught, its a problem . And with the roaches its no better . I clean my apartment to the tea, I bleach down my entire kitchen/bathroom, and that still doesnt work. Plus the neighbors are very noisey , dogs barking all times of the night . Kids running up and down the stairs,all day. The walls are thin so you hear everything. And when it comes to parking spots , people will park in yours, they dont care if its open theyll park there.
