Walls are paper thin and if you live on the 1st floor, you will hear every move they make upstairs even flushing the toilet. Facilities always closed (Non Covid-19 related). Facilities always closed (Non Covid-19 related). Office staff can be rude and condescending if they dont like your questions or you make a complaint. They try to talk to you as if you are not intelligent and they are brilliant. They tell you to call the police for noise complaints-instead of addressing them. Basic apartment. Doesnt even have a sprayer in the kitchen sink...cant claim to be \"A\" grade without something so basic.more ...hide ...

The price for a one bedroom is 650 affordable ,yes. But beware it€™s rat and roach infested . There€™s holes in the kitchen , bathroom , that€™s I€™ve been trying to get them to fix for months , they never came .The price for a one bedroom is 650 affordable ,yes. But beware it€™s rat and roach infested . There€™s holes in the kitchen , bathroom , that€™s I€™ve been trying to get them to fix for months , they never came . it€™s disgusting asf , you go and talk to the manager about the promblem and to try and find a solution , and she tells me oh, everybody has them(rats, roaches). It€™s not ok when your catching 8/9 rats a week , that€™s not including the ones that don€™t get caught, it€™s a problem . And with the roaches it€™s no better . I clean my apartment to the tea, I bleach down my entire kitchen/bathroom, and that still doesn€™t work. Plus the neighbors are very noisey , dogs barking all times of the night . Kids running up and down the stairs, all day. The walls are thin so you hear everything. And when it comes to parking spots , people will park in yours, they don€™t care if it€™s open they€™ll park there. And the pool never opens. Just not an ideal place to live overall.more ...hide ...
