Maintenance is great and deserves a 5 star rating. Management is poor. When I complain about the loud music next door management does nothing even though it is against the lease to play loud music that disturbs others. TMaintenance is great and deserves a 5 star rating. This has been an ongoing problem. When I first moved in 4 years ago the previous manager dealt with this effectively but when the present manager took over she will not. She tells me if its after 10PM call the police. I cannot sit or have company at my dinning table. It gets so bad my walls shake. There are others in this building much younger than this person who are so respectful and a joy to have as neighbors.so I really dont want to have to move. Riverview Meadows Apartments have been a great place to live in since my wife and I moved here last year. The phase II buildings, built in 2017, still have that fresh feel to them. Our one bedroom apartment came with staRiverview Meadows Apartments have been a great place to live in since my wife and I moved here last year. The phase II buildings, built in 2017, still have that fresh feel to them. Our one bedroom apartment came with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a standing kitchen island with bar stools, and a washer and dryer (non-stacked) in their own utility closet along with the furnace. The appliances are all-electric, including the stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. All bills are paid for, apart from power and cable, which have to be organized by the tenant. The complex includes a pool (no hot-tub, unfortunately), a grilling patio, and a gated playground for kids. There are also bike racks and picnic tables spread out over the complex. The apartments west of the office building are usually free of any garbage or litter. The parking lots and pathways are illuminated at night and snow is cleared and salted during winter. There are a few drawbacks, such as no gym onsite, evidence of foundation cracking in both ground level apartments, and the furnaces only have MERV 2 filters (the typical home has an MERV 5-8 Filter).
