The rent increases are ridiculous and outrageous maintenance does a poor job Ive had my hot water and tank replaced so many times my light bulbs keep going out and flickering the trash compactor is always full so they send out notices saying theyll c The rent increases are ridiculous and outrageous maintenance does a poor job Ive had my hot water and tank replaced so many times my light bulbs keep going out and flickering the trash compactor is always full so they send out notices saying theyll charge a extra 25 dollars if trash is left outside the compactor but yet its overflowing with trash They complain about bird feeders saying this isnt a home like place although they love the birds they complain about the dog waste but Ive been complaining about my neighbor smoking in her apartment and no noticed have been sent out its been 3 years Ive dealt with this they dont know how to enforce the rules for people who dont follow through more ... hide ...
