The phase II buildings, built in 2017, still have that fresh feel to them. Our one bedroom apartment came with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a standing kitchen island with bar stools, and a washer and dryer (non-stacked) in their own utility closet along with the furnace. The appliances are all-electric, including the stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. All bills are paid for, apart from power and cable, which have to be organized by the tenant. The complex includes a pool (no hot-tub, unfortunately), a grilling patio, and a gated playground for kids. There are also bike racks and picnic tables spread out over the complex. The apartments west of the office building are usually free of any garbage or litter. The parking lots and pathways are illuminated at night and snow is cleared and salted during winter. There are a few drawbacks, such as no gym onsite, evidence of foundation cracking in both ground level apartments, and the furnaces only have MERV 2 filters (the typical home has an MERV 5-8 Filter).
