Every time I get someone who answers the phone but can€™t can€™t answer any questions about the apartment complex. I was told 4 times to leave a message and someone would call back to help but they have not done that (I called over the course of 2 weeks) . The management team seems to always be out the office during office hours. It€™s a hassle this early in the process, just imagine what the rest would be like.more ...hide ...

Front office will not only spread your personal business with other residents, but they don€™t answer the phone, and the gate call box is still not working. There are many other places that are better maintained, less invasive, and have a more trustworthy staff. I€™m referring to all of them, Cheryl, Michelle, and Markita. I wish we can move her elsewhere, but due to her income she has to stay. I would contact management over this location, but because of safety and privacy for my aunt, I don€™t want them treating her bad because of my report because they have a track record of doing this by sharing personal details with residents. Do NOT move here! Im writing this comment on behalf of my great aunt who is a current resident here.more ...hide ...

On a day when the temperature was 90 degrees, they gave her a window of 2pm-4pm but no one showed up! It is only right that any requests for A/C should take priority on a scorching day like this, and it is completely unacceptable! UPDATE 5/20/2022 @9:32pm: Even after multiple phone calls to the management and front desk, her A/C unit was only installed after 5pm. I wish I could delete this comment, but I'd settle for altering the stars from "1" to "2" or even "3", although a 3 may be too much since this is not the first instance that we had to call multiple times before my great-grandmother received services such as getting her stove upgraded, her microwave fixed, and carpet replaced--all of which she has been needing for more than 20 years.more ...hide ...
