There are many other places that are better maintained, less invasive, and have a more trustworthy staff. Im referring to all of them, Cheryl, Michelle, and Markita. I wish we can move her elsewhere, but due to her income she has to stay. I would contact management over this location, but because of safety and privacy for my aunt, I dont want them treating her bad because of my report because they have a track record of doing this by sharing personal details with residents. It is only right that any requests for A/C should take priority on a scorching day like this, and it is completely unacceptable! UPDATE 5/20/2022 @9:32pm: Even after multiple phone calls to the management and front desk, her A/C unit was only installed after 5pm. I wish I could delete this comment, but I'd settle for altering the stars from "1" to "2" or even "3", although a 3 may be too much since this is not the first instance that we had to call multiple times before my great-grandmother received services such as getting her stove upgraded, her microwave fixed, and carpet replaced--all of which she has been needing for more than 20 years. more ... hide ... They display very poor communication and theyll tell you that youre behind on your rent when in fact you are not. I have experienced this on several occasions along with others in the community. Ive tried speaking with a supervisor but always got a unexplained response as to why there isnt one. Ive even tried looking up the corporate information but have never succeeded in finding any information on that either.Also, theres always people outside the apartments complex pacing up and down the street prostituting and breaking into vehicles. Someone made an attempt to steal my vehicle on multiple occasions but never succeeded.This is by far the worst place to call home. I wouldnt recommend anyone to make this their temporary home.
