There are many other places that are better maintained, less invasive, and have a more trustworthy staff. Im referring to all of them, Cheryl, Michelle, and Markita. I wish we can move her elsewhere, but due to her income she has to stay. I would contact management over this location, but because of safety and privacy for my aunt, I dont want them treating her bad because of my report because they have a track record of doing this by sharing personal details with residents. On a day when the temperature was 90 degrees, they gave her a window of 2pm-4pm but no one showed up! It is only right that any requests for A/C should take priority on a scorching day like this, and it is completely unacceptable! UPDATE 5/20/2022 @9:32pm: Even after multiple phone calls to the management and front desk, her A/C unit was only installed after 5pm. I wish I could delete this comment, but I'd settle for altering the stars from "1" to "2" or even "3", although a 3 may be too much since this is not the first instance that we had to call multiple times before my great-grandmother received services such as getting her stove upgraded, her microwave fixed, and carpet replaced--all of which she has been needing for more than 20 years. more ... hide ...
