Staff are responsive and friendly. The gentleman Ive met who work maintenance are friendly and efficient and although we cant choose our neighbors, mine are great. Yes, sometimes there is trash in the parking lot but that must be from some of the residence. By the time I walk outside again, the trash is gone. Upkeep is very good. If I had to offer a negative it would probably be that it would be nice to see the balconies upgraded a little. Maybe painted to a lighter more refreshing color as it would be nice curb appeal. They lose important documents all the time.
