2021-05-05T16:39:19ZIve lived in this community for about 1 year and a half and its a good place to live Staff are responsive and friendly If I need a repair Im contacted same day and the maintenance folks are almost always there on same day If they cant get to it the s Ive lived in this community for about 1 year and a half and its a good place to live Staff are responsive and friendly If I need a repair Im contacted same day and the maintenance folks are almost always there on same day If they cant get to it the same day they do the next day The gentleman Ive met who work maintenance are friendly and efficient and although we cant choose our neighbors mine are great Yes sometimes there is trash in the parking lot but that must be from some of the residence By the time I walk outside again the trash is gone Upkeep is very good If I had to offer a negative it would probably be that it would be nice to see the balconies upgraded a little Maybe painted to a lighter more refreshing color as it would be nice curb appeal I would also like to see an upgrade to the building doors and mailboxes more ...

I live here and all week I have not had any ac it€™s over 80* in my apt already told the office a few times and yet they have not fixed it the person in the office is very rude my ac needs to be fixed TODAY Done emaile

EVERYONE in that office is extremely rude and very unprofessional. They lose important documents all the time. (Especially with social security numbers on it I find that very odd.) the entire staffed needs to be revamped
