If a perIve been a resident here for many years and I love it - since the late 1990s!! All I can say is that this complex is a wonderful place to live.My rent is based on my income, as is most of those who live here. If a person lives here and their rents not based on their income, they are still required to have a certain amount of income and no more to live here. I dont know the name of the program. The apartments are a nice size. Im in a one bedroom which has a walk-in closet, a nice sized coat closet and a linen closet. The bedroom, is big enough for a queen bed or even a king bed if you have a little less walking space. The living room is nicely sized as well. I have a dining room and kitchen.I feel a little cramped in the kitchen, but hey it works and its still nice.I have not even tried to move because I like it here so much.more ...hide ...

Zillow/Trulia do not have accurate information. (This information is what was given to me by the nice receptionist and I believe its the most important.)Other observations:- I couldnt find the income restriction information on Any webpage. Full disclosure of this fact would save time and energy of customers as well as receptionists who have to tell people this fact over and over.- I called at 2pm and after many rings, the phone was picked up and immediately disconnected. (Ive worked in an office, and pushing the wrong button can result in an accidental hangup.) I called again and the same thing happened. I called again and the woman stiffly requested that I call back after 2:30pm as they were at lunch. Everyone is entitled to lunch and breaks....Why is there no Voicemail? It€™s an inconvenience because it€™s the only way tenants can put money on their laundry cards to wash. They€™ll have a sign that says well open at 1:30 pm but never open. And the wash machines and dryers always have issues, but the rental office says to contact the people who own the machines and dryers because they aren€™t the apartment complex€™s. Then one of the dryers smelled like pee. I€™m not blaming it on the rental office because I€™m sure it was a tenant.more ...hide ...
I have had positive experiences with my current leasing agent and property manager, who have been working to improve the condition of the apartment complex.
