My parents moved into the Lakeview apartments shortly after the start of the pandemic, and we were very impressed with how Brenda and her team managed the leasing procedure in a secure and efficient way during a time when most of us were staying at h My parents moved into the Lakeview apartments shortly after the start of the pandemic, and we were very impressed with how Brenda and her team managed the leasing procedure in a secure and efficient way during a time when most of us were staying at home to avoid the virus. They courageously went to work each day to support the elderly residents. Since then, my parents have continually told me about the commendable work and kind deeds Brenda and her team consistently accomplished -- proficient management, a tidy and agreeable atmosphere, nutritious sustenance, friendly behavior, great upkeep, and heartwarming holiday cards/gifts -- which all demonstrate that Brenda and her team have devoted their hearts to their job and these seniors. My parents always mentioned to me how skilled Brenda is as a leader. My mother even uses the phrase "superwoman" to describe her. Last spring, Brenda invested a great deal of energy and effort in building the most gorgeous vegetable gardens for the tenants. How visionary of her! Now you can see that those gardens not only grew organic vegetables but also provided social possibilities for the elderly to form relationships, which is so significant for their mental wellbeing. My mother has been living at the apartments for around 20 years Over those years there has been several managers When the apartments were bought by new owners Brenda became the manager along with Terrance her assistant manager Both have been the bes My mother has been living at the apartments for around 20 years Over those years there has been several managers When the apartments were bought by new owners Brenda became the manager along with Terrance her assistant manager Both have been the best so far to communicate and deal with My mother who is 92 can be difficult to handle but Brenda is amazing at dealing with her and making her happy I work a lot so I appreciate her and Terrance so much for taking time to take care of her needs Anytime I have questions or problems Brenda or Terrance is available to answer and help me resolve issues more ... hide ...
