They persisted in going to work and providing service to the senior residents. Ever since then, my parents have been telling me about the great work and kind acts that Brenda and her team consistently do--excellent management, a clean and pleasant atmosphere, nutritious food, pleasant gestures, good maintenance, and thoughtful holiday cards/gifts. It's clear that these people are putting their hearts into their work and the elderly. My mom always says that Brenda is a "superwoman" when it comes to leadership. Last spring, she put in a lot of time and effort to create the most beautiful vegetable gardens for the residents. What an amazing vision! Now you can see that these vegetable gardens not only grew organic veggies but also increased the social opportunities for the elderly, which is so important for their mental health. Thank you to the Lakeview apartments property management for offering such a nice home for my parents!#501more ...hide ...

The association chose an unimaginative beige color scheme for the hallways- possibly suffering from color blindness? Instead of cleaning up the gym, they prefer to prioritize Cal Tor for residents- potentially violating health standards. Moreover, renters are discriminated against by not allowing them to move large items on Sundays due to their jobs. Memie at the front desk was incredibly rude when my wife, brother in law and I tried to move boxes. My brother in law wanted to take a futon and coffee table for his dorm but we had to schedule that?! The association creates profit centers which benefit owners while renters have to pay more; like laundry centers which subsidize owner's HOA fees and water use even if they have washer/dryers in their units. Moving into or out of Chelsea Towers costs 500 dollars but again it only enriches the condo association and their California Tortilla Parties. On our wedding night we faced complaints from a belligerent neighbor about using our balcony on a Friday night- he never uses his own balcony but loves complaining! Francis at the front desk is an exception - incredibly nice and fair person - although this does not save Chelsea Towers from its nearly 0 appreciation over 10 years or its decrepit parts that could be fixed with its Cal Tor Party Fund. Good riddance!more ...hide ...
