They persisted in going to work and providing service to the senior residents. Ever since then, my parents have been telling me about the great work and kind acts that Brenda and her team consistently do--excellent management, a clean and pleasant atmosphere, nutritious food, pleasant gestures, good maintenance, and thoughtful holiday cards/gifts. It's clear that these people are putting their hearts into their work and the elderly. My mom always says that Brenda is a "superwoman" when it comes to leadership. Last spring, she put in a lot of time and effort to create the most beautiful vegetable gardens for the residents. What an amazing vision! Now you can see that these vegetable gardens not only grew organic veggies but also increased the social opportunities for the elderly, which is so important for their mental health.
