I decided I didnt want to rent it anymore, I informed the assistant manager, back in November of last year, she didnt tell me I had to make the request in writing 30 days in advance, so the appliances could be picked up. Ana informed me to write the letter and I did, I put the letter in the slot on the door where we put our rent, payments, they claim that the letter was lost, Ana went on vacation for about 3 weeks, I had to wait until she came back in order to ask about the letter I wrote, of course she said it was lost, she told me to do another letter and I did, because she didnt tell me about the 30 days they want me to pay for the whole month of January. It should be their lost not mine, Matthew is not training his staff properly.more ...hide ...
