Ana informed me to write the letter and I did, I put the letter in the slot on the door where we put our rent, payments, they claim that the letter was lost, Ana went on vacation for about 3 weeks, I had to wait until she came back in order to ask about the letter I wrote, of course she said it was lost, she told me to do another letter and I did, because she didnt tell me about the 30 days they want me to pay for the whole month of January.
